Frank Welker is Megatron again in Transformers Prime. His voice HAS deteriorated a bit.

Yeah, he was Megatron in the videogame of the first
Transformers movie, too. His voice really doesn't fit the Michael Bay version of Megatron, who looks sinister and evil, while the classic Megs was the quintessential saturday morning cartoon villian, all plots to blow up the sun and being stoopid.
And yeah, he does wheeze most of his lines in the game.
