That's a terrible argument since it's basically an admission that this could be someone's portfolio for all we know; the burden of proof always goes to the side asserting a positive, which in this case means it's his job to demonstrate there's some degree of authenticity to this. There's no proof there isn't an invisible unicorn in the room with you, either, but that doesn't mean you're trying to avoid pissing it off.
Also, much as I hardly arrived here with the most respectable username in the world, I don't think someone called Halorocka888 is really our go-to guy for policy advice.
