OK, cool, that's what I thought I remembered you saying somewhere. So now that we've established you're actually 9 years younger than me (not 4), I guess that makes the "son, I am disappoint" thing even stranger?
Regarding the burgers thing: It's fine if you guys like burgers, and I'm not going to be a food snob and claim I'm better than y'all because I stopped eating them. Plus, if you lift weights while you're eating burgers (and do some running or swimming at least twice a week to burn off the extra fat), at least you'll be building muscle mass. When I was 19 and I needed to put on 20 pounds (because my coach told me I'd never be competitively fast unless I got bigger), I did it by eating burgers and meat lovers' pizzas every day for an entire summer. But after I got my weight to where it needed to be and started focusing on improving my cardiovascular fitness, I found that eating a burger every night actually reduced my progress on the ergometer because my system was working too hard to digest it.
