Uh, speak for yourself LOL
I know the time periods of all major usage of Web gear AND foreign, mostly because I have to speak up on sets if people are using the wrong gear. Remember, until the 1990s, there just wasn't a lot of private gear being pushed to anyone other than law enforcement. Unless you were a SWAT guy, you used military stuff.
If you have any questions as to what MILITARY web gear was used when, then by all means ASK.
