I wonder about what kind of dork immediately claims protection under the 1st amendment. 1st amendment doesn't cover copyright infringement (though he is doing obvious satire so he is okay ... but I can't open my own chain of chicken restaurants and scream 1st amendment! if I want to name it "KFC") This guy and can't even spell AMENDMENT right.
