Well, that would be price paid to the Korean govenment, the consumer price would actually be significantly higher.

And from what I've heard, the sale was actually blocked because a foreign aid, the weapons were actually still the property of the US government, as was standard when they were handed out in the late 40s / 50s. Can't sell what you don't own.
