Nope, just forgot to address this point earlier.

Agreed. That being said, I don't mind waiting just a little while, given that Bin Laden (unlike anyone in the Hussein family) is a hero to millions of Muslims.

Also, there is already too much media fanfare surrounding JSOC commander William McRaven. Time just put out an article calling him, "The Man Who Got bin Laden", which is slightly inaccurate (he deployed the team, wasn't leading the team or pulling the trigger), but is sure to make McRaven into a high-priority target for the jihadis.

Millions of Muslims who hate us anyway. And those Muslims don't vote. Then again, if he's going to wait to release them, he might as well wait until October 2012.

Oh, I don't care about sensitive to them. Muslims have shown themselves to be hypocrites on the "sensitivity"/"tolerance" issues so many times that I don't have much sympathy. But if there's potential for greater backlash than we already can expect, maybe it's best to wait it out just a little bit.

I doubt we'll ever know his name considering the secrecy surrounding Team 6.

I don't think he'd want his name to be known either.

Well, they are called "silent professionals" for a reason.

I just love how the comments degraded into a "dogs vs. cats" argument.

More than likely. For once I'm actually hoping this bit of classified info finds its way into Wikileaks' possession...
