I was playing zombies this weekend, and I was with two little kids, and one older person (he didn't talk much.) One of the kids seems to know what he's doing, telling us what we have to do, so we're following him, and it turns out he's doing it just to hear that damned Eminem song. (Everyone bitches about the guns, but not one word on why JFK, Castro, Nixon, and McNamara are running around the Pentagon killing zombies to an Eminem song? Why not the Stones song?) We're following him this whole time, thinking he's going to help us stay alive, and he's doing what he's doing because he doesn't know to look up the song on youtube or buy it on iTunes. And then he got a little pissy because we weren't as appreciative as he though we should've.

Wait, there's an Eminem in Black Ops?

For multiplayer its not a big deal but in SP weapons just stand out like WTF? Its a common COD theme though, look at all the crap Russians carried in MW2, Tavors, p90s, vektors, etc.

Commando extended mag:)
Python speed loader:) Hardened, scavenger pro, second chance pro clan tag and emblem. |
I've been using the Galil with dual mags for faster reload and a red dot sight with my CZ 75 in full auto.
That aside, I've been having a fun time playing Assassin's Creed Brotherhood |

Anyway, AC Brotherhood is a nice continuation of AC2, combat is a bit smoother making it easier for kill streaks. |
Since I'm a fan of the fantasy genre (mainly Lord of the Rings), I'm seeing this movie. Plus James Franco and Natalie Portman are FINALLY acting in a movie together. Plus seeing Natalie's bare ass is a bonus:

I typically buy used games, mainly from Amazon or Gamefly. Why pay full price when you can wait six months and pay a quarter of that amount? (Like when I got BC2 for $15 last week.) Especially for games that either have no online play or I have no intention of playing online?
Like I said, getting Reach and BO were a huge chunks of my game budget. For what I paid for them, I can get five to eight used games. |
played through brotherhood, what is it with this series having an awesome story then a crappy ending?
|
Cliff hanger endings. I hate them
|
I saw The Hunted the other day. It's one of those movies that I like enough to actually want my own copy of

I'm interested in the upcoming movie The Warrior's Way. Ninjas vs Cowboys and one cowboy actor played a pirate. This looks like just a movie that is less in the plot department and all about swords and guns

I had a buddy in college who was obsessed with Natalie Portman as well, although I think the three stinkers that were the Star Wars prequels kind of took the shine off of her. The fact that you're still obsessed with post Star Wars is a bit worrisome.
Then again, another buddy of mine sat a seat over from her at a poetry reading in NYC, and he said that she's just as pretty up close in person. Personally, she never did it for me, but to each their own. |

Random thought: I'd like to see what John Woo can do with a western.
