Need help ID'ing a revolver
 

This is a revolver in the game Operation Flashpoint. It has a six-round capacity and is only referred to in the game as 'S&W'.

At some point in the past, someone (probably me) decided it was a Smith & Wesson Model 686 for some reason, but the two are a bit different, so I'm not so sure that's what it's meant to be.

It's probably based on a 686 with an unfluted cylinder, but it has Colt grips on it, so it's just a bastardized videogame revolver.
