Wow you just don't get it do you? You are equating copyright violation with driving one MPH over the limit?

If you actually have these copyrighted then the pics he made should be taken down.

You're right, speeding is a far more serious offence. Copyright violations never killed anybody.

Just stop already, I didnt know that he had them copyrighted but once he told me so id just delete the post and apologize, I wouldnt try and act like dick.

At this point you have copyright infringement and antagonizing a mod on your list of strikes. Technically we could ban you now but I imagine to be fair that would have to be mutually agreed by the forum. Which probably wouldn't be hard to accomplish.

PoI, you know who you remind me of? A kid from my 9th grade Geometry class who loved to contradict everyone (including the teacher) in order to convince himself he was smarter than all of us.

Oh, yeah, and now we know that your behavior when you first arrived wasn't because you were "drunk"; it's because you're socially inept. Which is probably saying something, because message board posters in general don't have a rep for social grace.

I'm fine with giving him a two-week timeout if he doesn't stop being such a smartass.

k9870 07-27-2010 01:45 AM

I agree something should be done, 2 weeks seems fair.

Nyles 07-27-2010 02:27 PM

I've been noticing a sharp drop in the quality of discussion and level of civility here for awhile, and it's not confined to POI. I'd like to see something done about it in general, and a 2-week suspension wouldn't be a bad start.

Jcordell 07-27-2010 04:11 PM

I agree. Two weeks seems right. Enough is enough for awhile.

PersonOfInterest 07-27-2010 04:39 PM

I guess nobody here has ever heard of fair use.
