can someone find a match of a real-steel rifle to this http://www.airsplat.com/Items/AR-WELL-MB06.htm? if there is a real-steel fire arm that is like this. or one that is closely related?

plus. i might be adding more searches like this for other guns (maybe not airsoft)

That, my friend, is the bastard child of an FN Police Tactical Shotgun (which is a clone of the Winchester 1300), and a Remington 700 Rifle. You could make it if you had both those guns, a hacksaw, some plastic for the grip and maybe some tape, superglue or other adhesive, and then, it might not work. Otherwise, it only exists as an airsoft gun.
