Why dont more gun companies offer armorer's courses?
Many gun companies say "you must be a law enforcement officer or FFL dealing our gun" to take. SIG Sauer is the only company ive found that will give a civilian the course, they will let you take it for just elarning how to maintain your gun. So, SIG kicks ass, and a lot of companies (S&W, Glock, HK, Colt) let people down......

yeah why would it even matter to them...revenue is revenue at tax time

I give more support to Companies that care about civilians, give us good products and prices and customer service. Thats one reason I dont like colt. (they focus way too much on LE/MIL, civilian guns are rediculously overpriced for them and they do very little in R&D to gives us cool new stuff, and they have a superiority air "buy us its the original so it must be way better." Rant over.

Colt is releasing DAO 1911s next year, so basically their first new product in a long time is already bound to be a failure, epicly.

DA/SA is my favorite, but in a SIG or something, not a 1911, there made to be SAO.

Saw on sigs site if you take an armorers course you can shop in the SIG store there, and all guns and equipment will be 20% off, sounds sweet.
