Fallout: New Vegas
 

I know I'm not the only person looking forward to this game. Fallout 3 was amazing and this game appears to be following suit. I just came across some scans from two articles about F:NV in a Playstation and XBox magazine. This post is specifically related to the ones featuring guns.

I'm glad all the M4 and M16 mods on Fallout 3 got the developer's attention. People were begging for AR-15 weapons

In an post apocalypse wasteland id rather have a rugged g3 than an ar-15 style carbine, and when fighting super mutants a short barreled .22 doesnt cut it.

a .223 in the face is just the same as a 7.62. Besides the G3s in the Fallout 3 universe fires 5.56 for some reason.

And I'd take an AK too, but an M16 is just as good for me.

.223 may wreck a regular human but a 9 foot tall green beast with steel armor ill take the hunting rifle

And I repeat, a bullet to the head no matter what caliber, except .22LRs, will kill some things.

I wished the hunting rifle in Fallout 3 had a scope

Well, headshots are hard on a moving target or at range, and a super mtant is not one of those things. All calibers have their purpose, the ar-15 series just doesn't appeal to me and i really dont care if its in the game or not. Its not the ultra rugged end of the world reliable battle rifle id want with me.

Whatever is your thing. In the post apocalyptic future, I'd take...whatever I can find, but an M16 rifle, AK. Sure I'll take a G3.

Also Super Mutants are slow and lumbering and they cant shoot for shit
