I may have previously mentioned my desire to see Ben-Hur remade, but not necessarily by the guy who gave us Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.

Leave the classics alone. Remake something that nobody cares about like Yor: Hunter from the Future or Space Mutiny or pretty much anything from Reb Brown's career.

If you're referring to Ben-Hur, the 1959 version itself as a remake of an excellent 1925 adaptation.

As for the link, that is one tough bottle of Jack.

I'm aware of that. I read an article about the accidents that happened in the filming of the chariot race.

BTW, what do you think of my idea of remaking old Reb Brown films?

Yes, please.

The bar is certainly lower if you're remaking a crappy film. And it can't possibly be worse than basing a film on a board game.

Am I the only forum participant that enjoyed "Battleship"?

The action scenes of the movie were fun to watch but...the rest of the movie is stupid

I don't know why they're still considering Ryan Reynolds, considering his track record with superhero movies.

I'm good with this, but I don't trust the fact that it's coming Jeph Loeb (the guy who brought us Ultimates 3, Ultimatum, and that stupid run on The Incredible Hulk):
