Help with locating sniper rifle + film

Hi guys,

I saw this movie ages ago where there were a group of men on the
upper deck of a parking lot shooting down a black police chopper flying
in the city.

They shot it from very far with a black sniper rifle with a big ass
supressor. Was wondering what the sniper rifle is and film name.

The movie was SWAT and the rifle was a MacMillan TAC-50 (or, as we refer to it in the CF, the C-15 "Big Mac").

No.... there's fewer than 50 active snipers in the CF at any given time, and I'm not even an infanteer.
