Somebody be honest with me - am I becoming a little bit obsessed?

Side note: Old-school (1980s/1990s-vintage) nickel Taurus PT-92s in decent condition are getting to be surprisingly expensive on Gunbroker. I paid nearly twice as much for my new PT92 AFS as I did for my blued PT92 AF (which I bought two years ago now).

TBH, I've never found the Beretta 92/PT92 to be all that aesthetically pleasing and was glad when John McClane switched to a SIG in Live Free or Die Hard.

To each their own, but 80s/90s "Wonder Nines" are still my favorites to collect.

This didn't actually go through, I bought a really slick S&W Model 19-5 off him though. Also he still had the damn BDA I wanted

I also got a WASR-10 and stuck black polymer furniture on it, naturally all the 7.62x39 goes away within 2 months of me getting it, same as what happened when I bought an AK74 years and years back

The Model 19 is one of my favorites. Like potato chips I couldn't stop with just one.

I'm partial to them as well.

The squared trigger guards on most S&Ws are also noticeably smaller at the front (I've noticed it mostly on 3rd gens, my 645 is "normal") and it's definitely something that could be annoying for big/gloved fingers. I really like the hook on my 645, but the checkering on my 4506 and 5906 guards is very comfortable

I might get a LNIB SW40VE (yeah I know) I found for $200, I want something to stick up at my dad's place in his safe; my SKS-D is going when I am able to get up there next. I also just got a Fireforce Ventures Rhodesian rig off a friend, and a Chinese Type 84 rig for my new WASR

I totally did get that SW40VE, then a Bersa BP9cc, and just today a Beretta 84F. I just keep seeing good deals or stuff I really like going for a good price

After many years, I'm finally getting a Steyr SPP (yes, a real one). I've wanted one for years because I regard it as an iconic Hollywood machine pistol, but lately, they've been a bit overpriced on Gunbroker. I finally found an FFL which had one that they were just trying to get rid of, and which also came with a decent number of mags. Anyone interested in some pics and/or a YouTube video comparing it with my screen-used rubber SPP from the movie "Stratton"? Outside of Hollywood's armorers, I might just be one of the only people on the gunternet who can produce such content.

Side note: I do hope to own a screen-used blank-adapted firearm someday.
