That aside, I have to ponder what the ratio of airtime to polishing that VTOL jet Adam gets around in is. It looks like they just steal a new one from the showroom before each mission.

I've been using the revolver as a mini grenade launcher. It's fun as hell to play until I get the actual grenade launcher. Thank god for DLC, if I didn't preorder, you can't get the grenade launcher and damn it kicks bosses' asses. The moment I got it, I killed Namir with 4 shots from the GL straight on.

I also upgraded the eyes so concussions grenades dont work, the armor where electric floors and EMP dont work on me and of course one of the first thing I got was the no fall damage system.

Finally found an arms dealer and he only had one thing of revovler ammo, why is ammo so scarce? Im playing a combat heavy run through.

I bought Crysis 2 today. It's a really fun game.

I beat Mafia II last night. That game should have been like twice as long

You might as well start it up again on the hard mode, try to get that trophy/achievment. I was disapointed by Mafia II, myself

Mafia wasn't gta long but was much longer than most modern games.

I would have been pissed if I had payed $60 for it instead of $17

Just got Medal of Honor. In five hours the only singleplayer achevement i have left to earn is beat the game on hard.

Maybe i should turn it in for a racing game.

Before you do, go to the AC-130 level and watch it after it attacks the convoy. Eventually you get to see just how much they cheated on scale in that section when it comes close to you.

I picked up a cheap copy of Bodycount (£25 brand new). It's not very good. Ten guns and you have to half-hold the iron sight trigger or you end up standing still and leaning rather than moving around while sighted.

I don't care about achievememnts at all.

GoHastings has Brink new for both X360 and PS3 for $12.28. The ratings didn't look great, but it's cheaper than some DLC, so what the heck.

Meh, I usually don't play online anyway. And if there aren't people online, it justifies the price. Your comment actually made me worry that maybe there wasn't a solo campaign, but I double-checked and saw that there was.

Believe me, there isn't. It's just botmatches with a very, very flimsy plot tacked on.

Let me put it this way: if you dropped that cash on a pizza, the pizza would be a better investment and have better gameplay. Think playing BF with no class weapon restrictions or vehicles, in a map the size of a cupboard with only one control point that actually matters and only one spawn point per entire team.

Just watched the series premire of Ringer, it looks realy good, if very complicated. Only guns so far are a SIG P226 that the FBI guy carries and a 3rd generation Glock 17 that Bridget takes from the FBI agent's partner.

I just played the PS3 demo for God of War: Ghost of Sparta and it might be my new favorite GoW title for one reason: the Arms of Sparta.

Yeah, so I'm currently screencapping Bodycount. Seems they closed the studio that made it down less than a month after it came out, and you can really see why. I feel dirty using my new capture device on it, I'll have to get onto redoing MGS4 as penance for that. Still, MGS collection and Devil May Cry HD collection are out soon, that should give me plenty to do with this thing.

Just played through Resistance 3, and found it much better than 2, even if the fighting humans was contrived. There was even a bit where you meet an Amish community who talk about God a lot and yet don't turn out to be evil or die horribly because it's "ironic." Now, on to trying out SPOICE MARINE. I already like that the Marines are apparently so awesome that you only deploy them when blowing up the entire planet isn't an option.

I just saw most of the Spaghetti Western Il Mercenario. James Franco is a badass, plain and simple. Also, I call screening it.

I watched Coogan's Bluff the other day. It was nice to see Clint Eastwood's character making all the kinds of mistakes that someone inexperienced in investigation would make instead of making him out to be some kind of super-cop.
