Honest Hearts was actually pretty good. You're in a new place, but you really can explore it and it's a lot less gray. Vibrant colors. Old World Blues is something else though. It's almost too much like Dead Money where you're stuck in one place with a particular goal in mind. The new characters are funny to laugh at

Ive heard all the DLC will tie in together. Lonesome road is supposed to bring in some backstory.

Old world blues had a stealth mission of all things, i cheated though, killed all the robots then did the mission :)
