Now we know where Gunmaster45 has been...

He wrote this article for Cracked last week:

http://www.cracked.com/funny-2939-to...ll-ninja-guns/

Pretty funny, hope y'all enjoy.

AdAstra2009 11-14-2009 09:12 PM

So that's where he's been. Interesting piece.

My homeboy Johnny wrote a article for Cracked? I can't believe it! That's great!

I wonder when he will come back. The Stoeger picture was from the forum. He must still be browsing the forum and the site.

No Shit! He wrote a gun article! For Cracked! That is freaking awesome! Mad props dawg.

MT2008 11-15-2009 01:43 AM

What's weird is that I'm subscribed to Cracked's RSS feed and this showed up in my Newsfox list, but I failed to notice it until today. Guess being busy had something to do with it, but even so, I waste enough time online that I'd figured I'd have seen it.

Spartan198 11-15-2009 01:48 PM

Love it. lol

Swordfish941 11-16-2009 01:13 AM

The article was FUCKING hilarious! I read it and I think this guy could be stand up comedian or write for The Daily Show (which is possibly the only show I find funny on Comedy Central). I could probaly join Cracked.com and write articles critizing things I hate like Neo-conservatives and Pat Robertson. My articles would be more like rants rather than articles because I'm very stubborn when it comes to my views, which are a mix of both liberal and conservative views.

Sorry to be a buzzkill, but that Austrian monstrosity of a revolver isn't a production gun. I believe it is special order only

Yournamehere 12-12-2009 04:14 AM

Yeah, that's the point, he's saying that the .500 is the most powerful production handgun, and the Pfeifer-Zeliska is the most powerful handgun, period. He knows it's non-production, or it would be the most powerful production handgun and not the S&W Model 500.

Seriously, where is GM45?

S&Wshooter 12-12-2009 05:08 AM

What kind of idiot buys such a impractical thing anyway?
"I should probably buy a rifle, but that's boring. I know, I'll just blow a ton of money on a huge, impractical revolver thats roughly the size of an submachine guns"

Yournamehere 12-12-2009 05:21 AM

I don't know why someone would buy one of those, but to each his own. I have friends with Desert Eagles, and why I wouldn't buy one myself, I respect their right and desire to as long as it doesn't drastically affect me.

I've spoken with him a few times since he;s been gone. He's just going through some stuff in his own life and hasn't found time for us or IMFDB right now. He's just fine though.

S&Wshooter 12-12-2009 05:24 AM

Man, I probably can't even afford a full cylinder for that revolver

k9870 12-12-2009 05:25 AM

I miss habing him around. Im sure on my "favorite pistol action" thread hed be defending SAO to the core right now.

Yournamehere 12-12-2009 06:28 AM

Haha I'd bet on that too.

Gunmaster45 12-19-2009 11:30 PM

I was just dabbling with Cracked, those articles take like three hours to make, but I'll probably make another one eventually.

I was thinking something like, "11 Blatant Gun Mistakes Displayed in Most Films" (since we had a topic about those mistake here) but I'd need to dig through movies like Last Man Standing and Hard Boiled for stuff like that, and that's lots of work... time I could be spending procrastinating.

BTW, I modified that article a little more so there are captions under the images (they originally only showed up when you hovered the mouse over the picture, and people probably missed them) and added a picture, so now it's a little better.
