Anyone see the new X-Men Trailer?
 

I 'think' those are MP-40s but they look weird. The bump on the underside of the barrel (for resting on vehicle rails to fire) isn't behind the front sight but ahead of it, making the profile look weird. :confused:

Saw it and I'm interested.

I'm not sure what they were either, but my first guess was they were Portuguese FBPs, and now I am thinking that they look like the Hotchkiss Universal.

It looks pretty good and it'll make up for X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Like the time frame, looks like sweet action. Kind of want the original storyline continued someday though.

My guess is that they're Hotchkiss Universals.

A trailer can be misleading. Remember the Wolverine trailer? It was awesome...until we saw the actual movie. Let's hope they keep the guns in the right era.

So far I'm pleased with the casting (James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender are good choices for Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr). But I'm wondering why they picked Kevin Bacon for Sebastian Shaw? I would have picked Robert Carlyle.
