Agree with Smithy about exercise in general, but I'm not a huge fan of long-distance biking for exercise. I think it can be fun to bike to school/work sometimes, but as a regular exercise activity, I'd rather spend those hours doing something more fun. I feel the same way about running (and I've been running for over 10 years): Good in moderation, not so much fun - and bad on your joints - if done excessively.

They're fake, and really dumb. Conventionally, they are unattractive. In a shallow aspect, they're man-whore fodder. I guess it depends what kind of guy you are.

There should be a take back the road campaighn to get rid of all the bikers who take up car lanes instead of the bike lanes. If you cant pedal 30mph then you shouldnt be in a 30mph lane.
