Bruce Lee. Haven't you seen that fight?

k9870 05-11-2011 12:36 AM

Chuck Norris. He's alive.

I don't care how "epic" Chuck Norris is or how unstoppable he is due to his "Chuck Norris Facts", but Bruce Lee would win that fight hands down.

Ever heard him talk about fighting? He said once how his fighting in his films was choreographed and modified to look more artistic and fluid. In real life were he faced in a deadly fight, he said he would simply disembowel them with his bare hands as quickly as possible. That or shatter their sternum with enough force to make it puncture their heart. None of that "pull a beating heart from their chest" bullshit.

SPEMack618 05-11-2011 01:27 AM

Didn't Bruce Lee actually win in a movie fight one time?

However, if I were to have infiltrated a Mexican gun running/drug smuggling cartel, go free a bunh of hostages, or fight off a Communist sponsored insurgency in America, I want Chuck to have my back.

I'd have to admit that Chuck Norris is kind of overrated.

I always thought he wasn't the best choice to play Walker Texas Ranger

SPEMack618 05-11-2011 03:50 AM

Bruce would probably win in a martial arts contest, but if it came to S&W 29s and MAC-10s, Chuck would win.

I dare you guys to do this.

SPEMack618 05-11-2011 04:27 AM

Four finals down, two to go, but not until later in the week, the Lady Friend is studying for Bio, which I have no ability in, the Braves lost, the Hawks lost, and I have page or 200 to read for History of the Antebellum South, I think this calls for a Miller High Life and Tremors Three.

S&Wshooter 05-11-2011 04:34 AM

If I can manage to not miss one more day of school, I will be exempt from all my finals

SPEMack618 05-11-2011 04:40 AM

I was pretty good about exempting finals in high school.

Don't get that option in college most of the time.

S&Wshooter 05-11-2011 05:25 AM

My friend in Study is going to apply for an Armenian citizenship.

Why would he want to apply for Armenian citizenship?

According to him, Armenia is "where it's all at".

You need to stop being friends with him. His stupidity might rub off on you

Markost 05-11-2011 05:01 PM

Armenia looks pretty good for being a former commie country.

k9870 05-11-2011 08:55 PM

And pretty bad next to like any non commie place.

k9870 05-11-2011 10:13 PM

Final tomorrow. cant wait till its done.

S&Wshooter 05-11-2011 10:16 PM

I have to draw a facebook page for Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee, and Ulysses S. Grant and Robert E. Lee apparently had no hobbies whatsoever, which makes things very difficult

S&Wshooter 05-11-2011 10:37 PM

K9870 has been replying to this thread for like ten minutes. Hopefully he posts something that took a whole ten minutes to type instead of just a sentence or two

Let me guess, it's so hot in Texas, you can fry an egg on the sidewalk.

If it is sunny outside. It's been overcast for a month, so I doubt it would work

SPEMack618 05-12-2011 01:34 AM

Dude, it just got down to 83 degrees here once the sun went down. Don't talk to me about heat/humidity.

But the best way to beat that is with cheap, ice cold, well bourbon from the local fratenity watering hole...which I do believe I'm going to do after the Braves wrap this one up.

k9870 05-12-2011 01:41 AM

A lot of us are underage....just saying. ah well bout 2 and a half months and ill be able to drink and by handguns. Life is good:)

mpe2010 05-12-2011 01:46 AM

It is finally warming up here so all the snow that has been sitting on the mountains since september is finally melting and causing the rivers and streams to start flooding. Wyoming was in a drought for over 10 years and we are not used to the higher water levels. I get to spend the weekend passing out sandbags with the rest of my Civil Air Patrol squadron and the National Guard.

k9870 05-12-2011 01:48 AM

Sounds like hard ass work. I heard during katrina the sandbaggers were having constant dehydration, sunstroke, and other heat related illness.

Swordfish941 05-12-2011 01:53 AM

mpe2010 05-12-2011 01:57 AM

Yeah it is not supposed to get above 70 degrees on saturday so hopefully heat wont be a factor. Plus most of the sandbags have already been handed out so likely we will do little work and the higher ranking cadets will somehow turn this into a leadership or teamwork lesson.
