Well on my favorite Cyberpunk website,Boneshaker the Cybersexkitten, once started a thread called N.O.D.

the initial topic was National Orgasm Day and who you would be spending it with (In Boneshaker's case it was the Neon Nibbler). Alas as the internet moves forward the thread grew into a huge rambling monstrosity of a thread about all sorts of absurdity and strange internet subjects. :eek:



Trust me when I say that I am thankfull that I can't just link to the thread.

No offense, but you actually expected people to UNDERSTAND this reference? This appeared on some old Cyberpunk website? And you expected us to be familiar with this .... why?

No i don't expect people to understand what i am talking about. hell I work at a place when the average education is Ghetto High School Dropout. I end up having to explain what proper English means to people let alone referances to a Sub-Culture that they do not belong to.

Then we all have to wonder, why use the reference?

I concur. WHY the hell make a reference to something you KNOW no one will understand. Kinda bizarre and a waste of time, don't you think?

I could always punctuate posts in the forum with "In jokes" I shared with my friends way back during Junior High School. But why would I?:confused:

Anyway, this thread is kinda dead now isn't it? Vangelis is obviously not "Dongs the Tyrant", so what's left? :confused:
