Summit Entertainment is suing an Argentine woman for 'leaking and distributing' production photos and images from the as yet unreleased new "Twilight"movie called "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn". moviemaster1993 was leaking unauthorized Transformers 3 photos before the movie's release. Even after it's theatrical release, IMFDB cannot use images not taken from official sources or the DVD itself. So the rule is ... Until the movie is RELEASED on DVD or Blu Ray or VOD, then only officially released images are kosher, period! (officially released includes the trailer).

Leaked production/behind the scenes images are NOT allowed on IMFDB.

So this means once the DVD is out, we can bring back the production stills? Cause I saw the movie and the guns were hard to pick out.

I imagine after the release you could use images from leaks and such, but only if they show weapons that didn't make it into the final product (same as with trailers showing weapons that aren't in the final release, like the FAMAS in Metal Gear Solid 2*). Otherwise, it's kinda weird to use shots that aren't from the released version to illustrate what guns are in the released version.

Also, I guess this means we need to delete those screenshots of the MW3 leak / Battlefield 3 alpha?

*Though ridiculously enough that trailer is on the final game disc, so...

There's footage from that MGS2 trailer in a flashback in the final game, so it sort of counts.

And the MW3 stuff got shunted onto the talk page pretty damn sharpish.

Yeah, but we're still hosting the images on the server. If we shouldn't have them at all, they need to be made dead, not just moved off the page.

Well he and the other misfits that we get rid of have their own club. That's nice.

It will be interesting to see how they classify bats, rocks and hammers.
