A drunk at the Seagull's Nest that harasses the group (and Rocco later smashes an unopen beer bottle on his head for being too annoying).

k9870 03-14-2011 03:08 PM

you wrote anything setting up the story yet?

Greg meets Harvey Janders, a representative of an iron ore mining company. Greg finds him in his apartment in the morning after a night of drinking and sex with Katie. The company has required mining rights for a rich deposit of iron ore in Somolia, but Al-Shabaab militiants have repetitively attacked the miner's campsite. He hires Greg (and mentions that he has also hired Pieter Van Zyl) to attack a compound were Al-Shabaab keeps a large cache of weapons, along with a small palace of sorts where a feared warlord lives. He offers Greg a sum of 10 million rand, half now, half later.

k9870 03-14-2011 05:24 PM

whats the rand/dollar conversion?

You should make camp security guards based on forum members.

If you make me a bartender, I could point a shotgun at Rocco's head and tell him that "he ain't welcome 'round here any more"

It is an Izhevsk round reciever made in 1942.

It came with a bayonet that is really tough to put on. The tip of the bayonet also functions as a screwdriver.

Here it is with every thing that was included

I have one. It's murder on the shoulder until you get used to it

mpe2010 03-15-2011 01:17 AM

Hopefully my 91/30 will have less recoil, also what ammo do you use for it. All the cheap stuff is corrosive and i cant find anything noncorrosive that isnt expensive hunting ammunition.

I'd pick the latter.

WHAT IF:

you were trapped on an island, for days at a time. Eventually you were going to die of dehydration, except for one thing. A month long supply of tobasco hotsauce. You would have to drink one every 12 hours to stay hydrated, and it would fuck shit up in your mouth. Would you do it, or just die?

If you drink the hotsauce, you will die very painfully

I'm gonna be 16. My mom just gave me an Itunes gift card and I bought a whole bunch of music (mainly Joy Division with a little bit of Iggy Pop).

k9870 03-16-2011 02:21 PM

16 is one of the three birthdays that matter:

16:Get to drive!
18: Finally 18, buy guns, buy stogies, buy lottery tickets, usually graduating hs and starting some work.
21: Handguns, concealed carry permits in states that dont set it at 18, drink legally, gamble in casinos or what not.

Then, I guess 25 since car insurance rates go down, maybe 30 they go down again, but yeah after 21 it doesnt really matter anymore.

S&Wshooter 03-16-2011 03:22 PM

Get a Cruizer. I got a 1 gig one a few years back for 20 bucks, but you could probably get a terabite one for that price now. I like Cruizers, keep all my writings on 'em.
