Well, a tank with an RWS mounting a Mark 19 would be as useful as an IFV (a Brad's chaingun is still limited to 60 degrees elevation while I believe an M151 Protector can shoot straight up if you feel so inclined) and you shouldn't underestimate the usefulness of a tank in urban warfare; while they need infantry support, they don't have the issues missile-based platforms do with things like power lines. Also, recall they have whatever anti-missile system was on Honey Badger that made it think it was a Bradley.
Also, at least it's not the Nazis in Turning Point: Fall of Liberty dropping paratroops on downtown Manhattan while bombing and shelling it with battleships at the same time.
