I've suddenly developed an overwhelming sense of despair

So........it's unseasonably hot here. Which leads to leaving the door open. Which leads to flies.

Which soon led to me using "The Help", the actual book(my Mom gave it to the GF for Valentines Day) as my weapon as I kill flies.

Got two kills last night. Finally made ace. Had to refrain from shouting out "DOUBLE KILL!" or stenciling on the back of the book.

Weatherman announced a cold front, then the temp jumped 20 degrees :mad:

Damn Gulf Coast. Why can't we have one season down here where it isn't hot? Just one, that's all I ask

Hell, I scheduled a tee-time for me and the GF's dad and made plans to go to the beach with the GF, but doesn't look like that's going to happen.

Speaking of golf/the GF's dad;

We were coming back from golf(different outing than the Derringer trip)and he proceeded to show me his S&W Bodyguard, at which point he and I began to discuss the merits of his piece versuses mine. (Glock 21)

I can't believe I have as many as I do. It seems like just yesterday I joined IMFDB not knowing the difference between an AK and a Type 56.

.....and then the coldfront rolls in two days late, dropping the temp 10 degrees. It's still warmer than it was before the front was predicted. Damn meteorologists
