Also discovered that my family has a long history of conflict with the English, first during the Norman Conquest of England (it seems all three main branches of my family originated in Normandy and descended FROM VIKINGS), then in Acadia during the Great Upheaval (we were Guerilla fighters!), and finally in the Revolutionary War (fighting for the Spanish)

To be frank (pun intended, yes), though, his words aren't without a bit of truth. OWS hasn't exactly been a peaceful protest.

Occupy maine is a joke here the whole movement is made of whiny losers.

The Occupy movement came to my town once a while ago. They all went home after, like, 3 hours, according to what a friend of mine who works at the Wendy's next to the park they were "occupying". lol

I support liberty as much as the next guy, probably a bit more if you are impressed with colored fabric and trinkets, but I have absolutely no appreciation for the OWS crowd.

Anyone throwing crap at cops and causing unsafe living conditions sucks. They do so much harm too. I saw multiple news stories of businesses suffering because ows was blocking areas off.

Also, they learn about capitalism everyday, one camp had its fundraising stolen so opened a bank account...cause banks have a essential purpose.

One camp had its leaders rent a hotel room when it was cold and left other protesters in the cold, which shows that their leaders didnt care for equality and will try and get the best for themselves.

I remember occupy christmas showing up at a camp and people there were flipping out....the first ammendment is what ows hides behind but they are against it the second it disagrees with them.

Kinda like anonymous, wanting to shut down bloggers who were critical of ows, they are anti free speech but hide behind it, whiny losers who cant take criticism.

This probably makes me a monster, or possibly a sociopath, especially the fact that I'm okay with it, but I was watching the news of the cops in Oakland tearing threw the encampment, and so help me, I thought to myself, now that is cool. I would like to be there in riot gear and get to rough some of those scumbags up.
