It holds 15 ROUNDS!!!...what part of 15 rounds would lead you to believe it would be california approved?

The old federal ban only applied to detachable mags, a 11 round tube in a lever gun was cool.....I was thinking cali only cared about detachable magazines.

I wouldn't call this mall ninja, Many people have a pump loaded with buckshot next to their bed with slugs in a sidesaddle, this gun with a flip of a switch allows you to switch to slugs instead of loading a slug in the gun.

Kel Tec is planning on bringing out conversion kits for the PMR 30 and the RMR 30 to allow the use of .22 LR.

a high cap .22lr pistol is cool, smith made a couple 12 rounders and is bringing it back for the .22lr M&P pistol, but almost nobody makes mags over 10 rounds. The KSG looks useful but i know its a mall ninja wetdream too.

I was wrong...i reviewed California state laws on shotguns and it fit the bill. It 26" over all and it a pump so it does fit the "Assualt Shotgun" class.

Just saw an update on it. The trigger system...well....sucks. They made it so you need to let it go forward, then cycle, to fire again. Most shotguns you can hold trigger back, cycle, then release and pull back to fire. Kel tec then said "we will make law enforcement only models that slamfire." (like a older ithaca 37.)

So there you go, we civilians pay a ton of money for a gun with a neutered trigger and dont deserve the cool trigger......

Yep, I saw that video. Looks like a huge liability.
That with the massive recoil...
This is a gun for action movies and video games.

I thought it would be the ultimate recreational/cool make your friends jealous shotgun. Now that crappy trigger design makes me not want one. ill just look a t an arsenal saiga.
