I aggravated my pinched nerve doing some "exercises" that are supposed to help with my pinched nerve

I stubbed my toe really bad too

...I tried to call for help, but my vocal cords ripped. Horrified, I stepped back and fell down the stairs. Grandma was walking up them. She wasn't quick enough. I pushed what I hoped was grandma's unconcious body off me and crawled to the phone. I grabbed the cord and pulled. The phone receiver fell on my head and knocked me unconcious. I woke up in a pawn shop basement with two rednecks, and some BDSM monster they called "The Gimp". That's all I remember.

There aren't any stairs in my house and if I woke up in a basement with 2 rednecks, odds are I'd be related to one of them, so they would let me go
