No, "mad" is definitely not the word here. I think "disappointed" would be more appropriate. You're young, go outside and have fun and socialize. Get dirty, do some stupid things. Take lessons for something, learn a martial art or a sport or some sort of creative art, learn to play an instrument. Learn how to build something. Cartoons and video games are not where it's at.
