You generally delete things with titles like that before you read them. :p

I can usually tell when it's spam, but I always go in just to see if the user was already banned, or if I had to report it. Usually it's just gibberish or bad English. To be fair, for the millisecond it was on my screen, the grammar wasn't bad.

I've just been replacing the contents with a nuke tag. One of the admins eventually deletes the page(s) and bans the user.

I reported them as they were registering. It seems that they didn't make it through the filters. Most of the time I ignore the spammers as their names are jiberish and they don't make it through the filters. The name just set off a red flag for me as you can read the name. Usually that means there is a human involved not just a bot.
