I don't think your "Sent to" display shows all the names it was sent to. When I logged in today (I didn't try yesterday), I had the message from "ForumsAdministrator", but MPM had already banned him by this point, so I just deleted the message and moved on.

I've received the messages from most of the other spammers, too.

Nope, they send it to EVERYONE, including mods. But they send it in packets to about 4-5 users at a time. We see it. I think you just see it first .... so don't panic ;)
