Lugers of all shapes and sizes, rare or not, go for about a grand ($1000) or higher from what I've seen. Granted it works and is in good condition, I would buy it. If you change your mind with it, it wouldn't be hard to resell, it's a freaking Luger.
It might be a good idea to research the markings and see if it's some special run though. |
Well, it all depends on the exact variant and condition (pictures would help), but generally speaking any matching original finish Luger is going to be worth more than $500. Is it in 7.65mm or 9mm? Is the barrel 95mm or 101mm, or longer? I'm by no means a Luger expert but for $500 I doubt you can go wrong. Even the mismatched dip-blued Russian captures seem to go for that.
And yeah, an ex girlfriend owes me about $1000 I'm never going to see. I don't even really care about the money, but the false promises to pay it back are really insulting to my intelligence. |
