Excellent purchase Matt. Beretta enthusiasts will smile on you for buying an early 1990s vintage 92FS INOX with no warning label on the frame. I have been searching for the same thing in Inox and even Bruniton for ages, and both are hard to find. The only thing I'd knock you for is buying one without a stainless magazine with the matching color baseplate, but the guns and mags are so rare that I don't blame you. You should definitely get at least one to complete the gun. Other than that, great gun, I envy you.

Well there you go! All set! Have you shot it yet?

And yeah, I shot the Beretta. It's been almost eight years since I sold my Taurus PT92, but I handle the Beretta about as well as I remember handling the Taurus: By default, I seem to shoot high and right, or at least a few inches right. With practice, I expect that will improve, but I also doubt that the 92FS will ever replace my SIG as my favorite range gun. |
