I know exactly what I am talking about. Apple's whole business plan is to make shit that goes obsolete/ breaks down after a predetermined amount of time and then release a new version of the product.

For example, my school bought about 60 brand new Macs 2 years ago. I had to use them in one of my classes that year and nearly 45% of them were either malfunctioning or in the shop at any given time after 6 months. Also, my mother has owned 3 iPods, each of which stop working for no goddamn reason after 1 year of light use

Exactly the reason why I bought a zune last year.

I've listened to it heavily all year and haven't had a single problem
