Saw that one in the paper this morning. That's what happens when you misplace a decimal point.

k9870 10-20-2011 06:10 PM

bbc reported that ghadaffi had a gold plated .45 and it shows a rebel holding the captured browning hi power lol

Evil Tim 10-20-2011 07:36 PM

I thought the standard for clueless journalists was to call every semi auto a Glock and every revolver a ".44 Magnum" as if this is one specific model.

Good news!! My Doctor Who Halloween costume is almost done. I just need the hat and scarf.

BTW, I'm dressing up like the 4th Doctor:

I'm staying at home to hand out candy dressed in my almost complete 4th Doctor costume.

No clue, I took 3 shots all within 75 yards at the same deer all of which missed. 75 yards isnt exactly a hard shot so either last year when I took my deer with my sks at over 100 yards, was pure luck or the gun is off.

k9870 10-24-2011 02:14 AM

halloween im working, delivering with crowded streets.....fun...not.

S&Wshooter 10-24-2011 03:44 AM

When I hand out candy, I usually sit in my lawn in a folding chair with a boombox out there with me playing whatever CDs I have on hand. That, plus the realistic looking BB guns, keeps people the fuck away from my house :D

The Wierd It 10-24-2011 06:48 AM

I'm going to be doing the same thing I do every night; sitting in front of my computer proving exactly why I'm a social reject.

MT2008 10-26-2011 05:49 AM

So...in January, I will finally be moving into a new apartment building that used to be a cigarette factory in a historic district of my city (within walking distance of the bar scene). It'll have over 650 square feet of space, and the bedroom overlooks the living room. It's also not going to be cheap, but I'm splitting the cost with my significant other. I never thought I could get so excited about the idea of trading my bachelor pad for cohabitation, but here I am, actually embracing growing up...who would've thought?

Halloween Party on Saturday. I don't have a costume idea yet, but I'm thinking about going as one of Dexter's victims, or maybe Tyler Durden (which I admit is cliched, and I already did it in college once).

That's a shitty attitude, and one that will guarantee a life of misery.

The Wierd It 10-26-2011 07:48 AM

Like it can get any worse.

Evil Tim 10-26-2011 08:56 AM

Shinji, is that you? Get back in the robot and fight the vague Christian symbolism or I'll bridge my fingers and grumble.

The Wierd It 10-26-2011 09:30 AM

I'm in the same situation as her, but my parents have been nice so far.

Being an introvert and being anti-social are two very different things.

Being an introvert and being anti-social are two very different things.

On the first, i have to pay rent living at home and help out, my mom cant afford rent without me and sister pitching in.
And my gf hasnt bothered to get a drivers licence yet, which i say is a must. I aint a taxi, dealt with my sister not driving over ayear, it sucked.

On the antisocial thing, i agree, i hate big crowds and such but i like hanging out with smaller groups of friends a lot.

Antisocial:1. Contrary to the laws and customs of society; devoid of or antagonistic to sociable instincts or practices 2. Not sociable (one of the definitons of sociabl being "friendly")

You can be antisocial while not being a shut-in and vice-versa

S&Wshooter 10-28-2011 09:46 PM

I'm posting from the backseat of a truck right now, in the parking lot of Home Depot

S&Wshooter 10-29-2011 12:16 AM

Trying to use a laptop in a truck while going down rough roads is not something I recommend

S&Wshooter 10-29-2011 09:33 PM

Time to do Geology homework in a poorly lit, uninsulated, shack-like building my Grandpa had some Mexicans build! Hooray!

k9870 10-30-2011 04:30 AM

snowing like crazy here, just got done working extra late in this crap, eevryone orders pizzas since its snowing

k9870 10-31-2011 02:04 AM

9 hour workdays suck, especially when it was supposed to be 5 hours, after last night that was crazy busy and in a snowstorm.

Reach 10-31-2011 12:23 PM

My girlfriend has a weird fetish: every once in a while she'll dress up like herself and act like a bitch.
Weird right?

k9870 10-31-2011 03:56 PM

once a month im taking it:p

S&Wshooter 10-31-2011 04:14 PM

Because my dad forced me tho go up to the camp with him and then didn't give me any free time other than a single hour, I am very behind on Homework. Now I have to study for three tests, finish writing a paper, do 6 hours worth of Geology work, complete an online quiz, register for a test, and finish up a math assignment, all before Wednesday

Swordfish941 11-01-2011 02:18 AM

A kid showed up at my door dressed as Rorschach (from Watchmen).
