I heard Dr. Noob got butt hurt because users weren't donating money en mass to him and decided to only update it once or twice a year from now on. Don't know how true that is, though.

I was bored and built up this automatic magazine fed shotgun on PMG. I first built it as an underslung device but decided to make it standalone.

See if you can guess what I built it up off of. :D

Zulu Two Six 08-24-2010 12:43 AM

the basis is the intervention

Alienqueen11 08-24-2010 01:06 AM

No offense, but I think Pimp my Gun is dead now. I love using the site, but Doctor Noob hasn't updated it since February. Skipper Lee drew a whole bunch of shotguns, and a FAL and claimed he sent them to Doctor Noob for coloring, but those haven't been added at all. I understand Doctor Noob wasn't getting donations, but I don't understand why he couldn't just add some new stuff. It would certainly help with donations if people knew he was actually updating the site.

Excalibur 08-24-2010 03:11 AM

Yeah, I pretty much forgot about this site. I would love it if he added more parts for any weapons platform.

Nope. The Mag is the only Intervention part on the whole gun.

MG-42 w/o buttstock

MG-42 w/ awfully made buttstock

I spend little bit more than an hour to made this

The stock was the hardest part, since real-life MG-42's stock really drives you crazy once you try to make it w/ PMG.

Anyway, here it is.

It took you an hour to make two little boxes with red X's in them? I could do that in 30 seconds with a colored pencil

McSwan 09-07-2010 09:54 AM

I still stick with the old version.

And now I've just noticed my carbine has no (nail?) hole in the upper handguard.

Inspired by the M1 carbine and Garand, i decided to make a BAR. It's not great, but still a BAR. I also made one with the night sight from the M3 carbine, inspired the weapon in The Omega Man

I really can't do original guns.

Excalibur 09-08-2010 03:17 AM

Look at the earlier pages and you'll see some real modernized Tommy guns.

Why did you leave the stock on the underbarrel M4?

At the time, the M4 wasn't looking like an M4 to me. I gave it the stock so it would still have the overall AR look.

It looks like some sort of retarded gimp birth defect.

why would you need a pistol grip?

Even the M203 utilizes the magazine as an impromptu grip. You can't just yank back the trigger with your finger.

McSwan 09-27-2010 02:04 AM

Airsofting is Serious business.

No it wouldn't be. I played Airsoft back in college and we always make fun of the Walmart clear colored guns. No serious competitive Airsoft player would be caught dead with a clear gun.

You're not a mod so sush. Backseat modding is bannable in most forums.

Edit: What am I talking about, that's not even a rule here. I'll voice my opinion all day long, airsoft hurts less than paintball therefore it is less manly. There I said it, and nothing bad happened.

Neither is really manly. Beating the shit out of your friends with wooden swords in far manlier

Excalibur 09-27-2010 07:55 PM

Manly? What's not so manly than dressing up in full combat gear, going to an abandoned building, or the woods, lock and load your guns and shoot each other, running around, sweating from the excitement? It's a rush.

It's not that it's not manly, paintball is just manlier because of the added element of pain.

burt you dick, i said don't criticize airsoft because it could lead to a flame war like you have just started, obviously you weren't smart enough to understand so i will put it in terms you can make do with:

BURT, JUST SHUT UP AND DROP IT. there? was that clear?
