Speaking of patrol carbines. I just learned today that we are getting AR-15 carbines for every officer in the department. Daniel Defense is currently building the carbines for us. Thought you might find this interesting. The plan is for one officer on every patrol team to carry both a carbine and a Remington 870. Guess who is going to carry both on my patrol team?
