That looks awesome! A little impractical but a crossbow is a neat device, and having it shaped like an AR-15 rifle should make it easier for military guys to pop some bolts at home.
BTW, I'm adding a cross bow to my zombie movie. I shot a wooden board with that thing at 30 yards and I couldn't pull the bolt out. It was a blunt tipped bolt too.

GM, it actually attaches to ar lowers, its not just the look. A upper costing more than most full rifles.

Well that's a little ridiculous. But I guess you could turn your super loud AR-15 into a stealthy bow if needed.

That is so expensive I crapped my pants.
I really enjoy the bow and arrow platform, just because the massive role it played in military history.
The Mongols were the first fire-and-maneuver-tactic users! Think about it, mounted archers are the original Technical.

Actually chariot riders with archers or spears would be the original technical since they predate mounted horsemans.

I think maneuvering tactics have been around before the Mongols. Not every battle ever in history took place in a big open field where people lined up and fired arrows.
We're doing archery in my Gym class, so I can actually do something fun in school for once. I pick the 45 pound bow because it is the heaviest pull in the group and everything else is a 20lb piece of crap.
I really don't think some kids in my school should be allowed to use bows in school. Many of them don't take it seriously and one dumbass got suspended for firing an arrow into the air above a crowd of people.

Suspended? That's being too kind.
Me, personally? I'd have expelled him...and then sent him running as I shot arrows over his head, muttering "Dick" the whole time.

He's an asshole to boot. A gaybashing hick who should be shot repeatedly until there isn't enough room for more holes to shoot into him... but that's just my opinion :D.

Since it still has the lower receiver doesn't that mean it's still legally a firearm?

Yep. So no bow hunting.
